珠海冠宇温室气体减排目标获科学基础目标倡议组织（SBTi）核准

Greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction targets of Zhuhai CosMX have been approved by Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi)

珠海冠宇制定的温室气体减排目标已通过科学基础目标倡议组织（SBTi）的审核， 从2024年3月21日开始，冠宇的净零目标可通过SBTi官网查阅。SBTi在科学基础上认证，其减排目标符合《巴黎协定》，并将有助于将全球气温升幅限制在比工业化前水平高1.5℃的范围内。

Greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction targets submitted by Zhuhai CosMX Battery Co., Ltd have been approved by Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) ，and our net-zero target are available on SBTi website from 21- March, 2024. Targets are considered ‘science-based’ if they are in line with what the latest climate science deems necessary to meet the goals of the Paris Agreement – limiting global warming to 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels.

我们的目标以2022 年为基准年，以2030 年为近期目标年，并以2050 年为净零目标年。下表详述了冠宇科学碳目标，实现目标路径。

Our targets have a base year of 2022, near-term target year of 2030, and net-zero target year of 2050. The following table shows the details of our Science-Based Targets and roadmap to net-zero target.

SBTi的目标验证团队确定我们的近期目标和长期目标均符合1.5°C的轨迹，以在2050年或更早实现净零排放。SBTi赞扬我们的雄心勃勃的净零排放目标，这是目前通过SBTi流程获得的最雄心勃勃的目标。

The SBTi's Target Validation Team has determined that our near-term target and long-term target are in line with a 1.5°C trajectory, for reaching net-zero by 2050 or sooner. The SBTi commends our ambitious net-zero target, currently the most ambitious designation available through the SBTi process.

These ambitious targets fully demonstrate CosMX's determination to transform into a low-carbon economy! We will implement the concept of sustainable development throughout the entire value chain, from product design to manufacturing, logistics to services, so as to reduce organizational GHG emissions and product carbon footprint. We will fulfill our obligation to report the emissions of the entire company annually in an open and transparent manner and track progress towards our targets.

科学碳目标倡议（SBTi）是联合国全球契约组织、全球环境信息研究中心（CDP）、世界资源研究所和世界自然基金会之间的合作项目。2021年10月28日， SBTi发布了《企业净零标准》（即全球首个基于科学研究的企业净零排放标准），现在越来越多企业都在将自身的减排目标与SBTi对标。

The SBTi is a partnership between the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), World Resources Institute (WRI) and the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF). SBTi published Corporate Net Zero Standard on 28-Oct, 2021, which is the world's first framework for corporate net-zero target setting. More and more companies are benchmarking their emissions reduction targets with SBTi.
