遵守格拉斯哥联合国气候变化大会（COP26）多国宣言，积极参与中止和扭转全球毁林与土地退化进程，以保护和恢复地球上的森林。

In accordance with the declaration of UN Climate Change Conference in Glasgow (COP26), actively participate in halting and reversing global deforestation and land degradation processes to protect and restore forests on Earth.

确保集团运营过程中遵守国际、国家及地区的森林保护相关法规，合法取得原材料，且要求供应商不得违反其所在地区的森林保护相关法规，不得采取违法行为。

Ensure compliance with international, national, and regional forest protection regulations throughout the CosMX’s operational processes. Legally obtain raw materials and require suppliers not to violate forest protection regulations in their respective regions or engage in illegal activities.

在集团的运营活动中，尽可能使用可回收、可再生的纸制品，以减少对森林的砍伐。

In CosMX’s operational activities, strive to use recyclable and renewable paper products whenever possible to reduce deforestation.

通过供应链上下游协作减少原生纸浆的使用，包括提高产品包装材料效率，减少过度包装等措施。

Collaborate with supply chain partners to reduce the use of virgin pulp, including measures such as improving product packaging material efficiency and minimizing excessive packaging.

CosMX Biodiversity Conservation Commitment

遵守《联合国气候变化框架公约》、《联合国防治荒漠化公约》和生物多样性相关公约等现有多边环境协定，推动陆地、淡水和海洋生物多样性的保护、保育、可持续管理和恢复。

In accordance with existing multilateral environmental agreements such as the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD), and biodiversity-related conventions, strive to promote the protection, conservation, sustainable management, and restoration of terrestrial, freshwater, and marine biodiversity.

在集团运营过程中，遵守国际、国家及地区的生物多样性保护法规，提高区域保护与管理的有效性以保护物种和基因多样性，减少或消除对生物多样性的威胁。

During CosMX’s operation, adhere to international, national, and regional biodiversity conservation regulations. Enhance the effectiveness of regional protection and management to safeguard species and genetic diversity, while minimizing or eliminating threats to biodiversity.

依照《自然相关风险与机遇管理和披露框架》（TNFD），积极识别运营地点的生物多样性风险和机遇，建立完善的评估，治理框架。

Following the Task Force on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) framework, actively identify biodiversity risks and opportunities at operational sites. Establish robust assessment and governance frameworks.

鼓励供应链上下游评估其运营处的生物多样性风险，并支持供应商和合作伙伴做出生物多样性承诺，采取必要的措施（如避免、减少、缓解或抵消等）以应对在关键生物多样性地区活动造成的负面影响。

Encourage supply chain partners to assess biodiversity risks at their operational sites and support them in making biodiversity commitments. Help suppliers implement necessary measures (such as avoidance, reduction, mitigation, or offsetting) to address negative impacts resulting from activities in critical biodiversity areas.
